Had a great rest day yesterday.  Did some stretching and planks.  Man those things are hard.  Core strength is important for running on trails though.  I need to keep after it to improve in that area.
Tonight I have 6-7 miles planned.  We'll see what happens.  We're under a winter storm watch for tomorrow so I might try to bank an extra mile or two ahead of the oncoming storm.  Winter is not giving up without a fight in my neck of the woods.

We haven't really gotten spring yet either! It snowed here yesterday and we're supposed to get some snow tonight too! Yuck! I just want spring!! Glad you enjoyed your rest day. Have fun on your run tonight!
