Tonight I went to the Y and spent some time on the elliptical and the stationary bike. It wasn't running, but it was a good workout. It seemed to work the right muscle groups and not stress my knees too much. Later I'll be stretching and rolling.
Got some steel cut oats cooking on the stove and sitting on the couch watching blues videos on YouTube with my wife. That's just how we roll on Friday night at our house.
