Interesting article. I've never seen black rice in my grocery store. Maybe I just need to look closer. Brussels sprouts are something I've just never tried. Maybe this summer when they are in season I will. See anything here you might like to work into your regular diet?

Thanks for posting this. I already eat eggs (actually egg whites) and broccoli quite a bit. I have tried the Greek yogurt and am just not a fan. I do the Stoneyfield fat free yogurt instead.

Very informative article. I LOVE Greek yogurt. I get the plain kind and mix it with no sugar added pineapple. YUM!

Black rice is great. I make my own rice mix, with black rice and brown rice. I find it on the bottom shelf in smaller bags. It adds nice texture and depth. Love brussel sprouts, especially if you roast them. I usually toss them in the steamer for simplicity. They get a little sweeter roasted.
