OK, one more rest day. The knees are feeling much better. Rest and stretching seems to have helped them calm down quite a bit. Tomorrow I will try an easy 3 mile run and see how things go. I'll be sure to walk all the downhills to minimize the stress on the patellar tendons.
We made salsa chicken in the crock pot yesterday. Served over brown rice it is all kinds of awesome. The next day, served rolled in a tortilla it is awesome with extra awesome sauce on top. I have no idea what the recipe is as my wife is the keeper of that one. I know it involves chicken and salsa.
Tonight's plan is to stretch the hamstrings using this stretch and then do the leg raises farther down the page. After that some side leg raises, lateral step ups and step downs. Whew. That should be enough for tonight.
